Dear All,
Hester has sadly had to be re-admitted to hospital as the infection in her hip has returned. As you can imagine we are all so disappointed, especially as her recovery was going so very well. She will be operated on tomorrow to have the joint cleaned, the same operation she had just a week before Christmas. She is being amazingly brave and accepting of this and is just pleased to be in the care of Keith Tucker and the team who she got to know so well. We will keep you informed of her progress here and will update this blog when we have more news; this will help keep the number of emails Daddy (Paul) writes rather lower! You can make comments but I think the blog format does not allow us to reply to people individually, so do email Paul directly if you need a personal response!

Dear Paul and family. You have been in our thoughts since midnight last night when Nina was so kind to text us. If the power of positive thinking is of any help, we'll surely get dear Hester out of this as quickly as possible. We know you to be surrounded by dozens if not hundreds of friends but we still want to add our thoughts Paul. Bon courage to you both. We want to see you healthy at the end of May.
